RealEdge Solutions provides IT services including website development, mobile application development, SEO optimisation, social media promotions, web hosting, and animated banner creation. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal between the Company and the client.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project, including website code, design assets, and application code. The Company retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or methodologies used in the delivery of services. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RealEdge Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Payment terms are specified in the individual project proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: • A deposit of 50% is required before project commencement • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to final delivery • Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue • Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

We are committed to delivering projects within the agreed timeframe. Delivery timelines are contingent upon timely receipt of all required materials, feedback, and approvals from the client. Delays caused by the client may result in revised delivery dates. The Company will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.

The client agrees to: • Provide accurate and complete information required for project delivery • Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and materials in a timely manner • Ensure they have the legal right to use any content, images, or materials provided to the Company • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose The client is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content provided to the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RealEdge Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding specific results from SEO, social media, or marketing services, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement. Neither party shall disclose the other's confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. The Company will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of final payment.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
